Our client is seeking a skilled Electrical Technician to join their team at their Lomondgate Production Facility. The company is a global leader in delivering energy solutions that empower businesses and communities.
Hourly rate of £18.10. Comprehensive benefits package including generous pension scheme with substantial company contributions. 40 hours per week over 4 days: Mond-Thurs / Tues-Fri. Starting hours: 6.30/7/7.30am - 30 min lunch. Opportunities for overtime, robust holiday entitlement.

The Role
Electrical Technicians play a pivotal role in our client's operations. Here's what you'll be doing:
- Assembling, wiring, and inspecting a variety of electrical components including DC and 3 phase AC control panels, LV, HV and MV, high horsepower engines including Gas, Diesel and HFO fuel types, MV switchboards and HV transformers.
- Providing mentorship and training to apprentices, fostering a culture of learning and development.
- Upholding stringent safety standards, actively reporting and addressing any concerns.
- Maintaining the high-quality standards expected by the company and escalating issues as necessary.
- Engaging in continuous improvement efforts to enhance product efficiency and quality.
- Identifying and implementing ways to optimise your work and the team's performance.
