A Freight Forwarding organisation are looking for an Export Coordinator to join their team in Essex.
Responsibilities;
* Communicating with customers, hauliers and carriers.
* Completing customs entries from start to finish
* Responsible for checking country requirements
* Raising Certificates of origin for export shipments
* Raising export documentation and manifests.
* collections making sure to meet vessel/ flight deadlines.
* Checking vessels/flights
* Preparing shipping documentation for exports
* Arranging bookings with lines and carriers.
* Booking and arranging
* Invoicing, liaising with and sending pre alerts to overseas agents.
Skills Required;
* Experience working within exports within a freight forwarder
* Experience handling air freight and sea freight
* Completion of export documentation
* Customs entries experience
* Proficient in MS Office
* Experience using CNS, Destin8 and Multi freight
