Sales Support Administrator

Following huge growth with no sign of slowing, Tenacity Business Solutions Ltd are recruiting. Having just moved into our modern offices a stone throw from Stansted Airport, London our expansion plans are in full swing. We are looking for a sales support administrator.

Duties include:

* Speaking to our global customers and suppliers,

* Receiving and accepting orders,

* Managing internal systems monitoring orders vs stock and reordering key ingredients.

* Updating business records such as POs and invoicing

Requirements for the role:

* Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 suite

* Polite, professional, easy to communicate with

* Rises to the challenge and sees the job through

* An advantage would be if you are business student graduate and or experience of Xero, and experience in selling

* Organisational skills are vital as part of our success has been built on success

This role would suit someone who is either self employed and or an established freelance service provider who excels in this arena. However, if your a graduate looking for a route into business even with no actual working experience don’t be put off applying as we will train you in your first role on how to manage global suppliers and customers and open the doors for your future!

Our office is fully air conditioned, offering free tea and coffee as well as company paid car parking outside the office. You will be working on a new all-in one desktop and a works mobile phone for work purposes.
