Project Manager
We are recruiting for a Project Manager to join a company based in Chelmsford on a full time, permanent basis. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5pm. This is a hybrid role with 2 days a week working from home.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
Responsible for the first point of order through until project close, highlighting any project issues accordingly
Reporting on activities and providing relevant management information at meetings
Planning and coordinating staff who compile the data and products
Liaising with customers and construction team to ensure all information is processed and feedback provided within agreed timescales, as well as advising them of status of the projects
Managing the financial elements for projects and advising customers of any alterations to costs
Maintaining the project status database to ensure all information is correct and up to date
Reporting on changes to the Development and Project Team
Responsible for the development of team members, ensuring training and tools are provided To be successful for this position, you must have experience in a project management role with excellent technical and analytical skills with high attention to detail. You must be a strong communicator with the ability to build good working relationships.
This opportunity will pay you a salary of £60k plus bonus. Other benefits include healthcare and pension on completion of 3-month probation and 24 days annual leave.
