Responsibilities:
* Factory-Based Sign-Offs: Conduct thorough inspections of modular units during the manufacturing process. Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality control protocols.
* On-Site Visits: Visit construction sites to verify the installation and performance of modular components. Collaborate with site managers and contractors to address any issues promptly.
* Documentation: Maintain detailed records of inspections, findings, and corrective actions.
* Risk Mitigation: Identify potential warranty-related risks and work proactively to prevent them.
Requirements:
