Humanities Teacher
Caerphilly

Contract: Temp to permanent.
Hours: 08:30am-15:00pm (term time).
Start date: September 2024.
Pay scale: Paid to scale in line with Welsh framework.

Teaching Personnel are seeking a Humanities teacher to join a lovely secondary school in the Caerphilly area on a permanent basis. The role would initially be through Teaching Personnel on a temporary basis whilst a performance review is undertaken and probationary period. This is an exciting role to teach Religious studies up to GCSE level. The school are open to accepting applications from PGCE students within their final year and Newly Qualified Teachers.

Inspirational and highly motivated Humanities Teacher.
An individual that is able to create engage lesson plans.
Reflective practitioner and always willing to progress skills.
Approachable on a professional and personal level.
Able to teach key stages 3 and 4.
Keen interested in Religious Studies, but able to teach all Humanities subjects.
This is a permanent position due to start in September 2024 and so the school are seeking a practitioner they can invest in and will offer a dynamic teaching approach to the department. The role will entail the full duties of a teacher including lesson planning, marking, exams, parents evenings and regular staff meetings and training days.
