Town Ranger
Temporary contract 1st June - 31st October
24 Hours per Week
£16 per hour
Travail Employment Group are proud to be working alongside a local authority to help find a caring and passionate Town Ranger. The main role of the Town Ranger will be to work with the Town Council and develop a work programme that ensures that the town is clean and attractive and meets the needs and aspirations of residents and visitors.
The Role of Town Ranger:-
Keeping the town clean and tidy and free from litter
Trimming overgrown bushes and general weeding
Assist Town Council Playground Inspectors by carrying out weekly Health and Safety inspections
To promote activities by local organisations
The Ideal Town Ranger should :-
Ability to communicate effectively within a team and with the public.
Have a keen eye for detail
Demonstrate a passionate and responsible attitude
Able to speak Welsh is advantageous
