Are you an experienced Senior HR professional with experience of leading a people function?

If so, Moxie People is proud to be supporting a leading organisation, as they look to hire a Head of HR. This is a great opportunity to join the People function, on a 6-month FTC (initially).

Role: Head of HR

Salary: £65,000 per annum

Location: Hybrid / Cardiff

Duration: Fixed term for 6 months (initially)

Start date: ASAP

As Head of HR, you'll lead strategic direction and oversee HR function delivery. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping, developing, and integrating the people plan throughout the organisation.

Key Responsibilities include:

Manage the HR team effectively, overseeing attendance, performance, and development.
Collaborate with SLT on strategic workforce issues.
Enhance Business Partnering capability within team and provide guidance to stakeholders.
Manage budgets efficiently for assigned areas.
Provide HR expertise on complex issues and employment law.
Advise on change management and engage with staff representatives.
Foster positive HR climate through effective partnership and communication.
Review and develop People-related policies and metrics.
Develop resourcing strategy and talent management systems.
Oversee employment governance and risk management.
Lead initiatives on EDI and staff well-being.

What you'll need:

Chartered CIPD Member (Level 7 qualified).
Extensive HR leadership background with change management expertise.
Strong influencer and challenger.
Solution-oriented with strategic thinking.
Experienced in managing operational HR teams.
