Due to growth and 2024 pipeline - a highly rewarding Cardiff based organisation creating software for multinational clients, are now seeking a Senior Product Owner to help roll out products that deliver on the company's vision.
You’ll work on challenging projects in a fast-moving environment; collaborating in a multidisciplinary team, and continuously developing your skills through a company committed to making the most of your talent and potential.
Expect responsibilities to include creating, defining and delivering the product strategy, gathering feature requests, coordinating sprint cycles, ensuring quality and clarity of items and stories.
You’ll be responsible for prioritising the product backlog and roadmap, understanding customer needs and effectively communicating these to ensure smooth product releases.
You will join a highly ambitious Product team and as a senior member you’ll organise, prioritise and refine work for the agile engineering teams.
Essential Skills:
Previous finance loans experience – knowledge of administration/servicing of loan agreements
2+ years’ experience in Product Owner role / similar role managing aspects of product life cycle (BA/Scrum master etc), with ability to define a MVP
Communicating stories, epics, and initiatives to engineering teams under a scrum methodology, use of supporting platforms – JIRA/Azure DevOps
