As a Digital Marketing Manager you will play a pivotal role in shaping our clients marketing strategies, executing those strategies, and driving the growth of the business. You will be responsible for creating, implementing, and overseeing marketing initiatives, as well as measuring and analysing their effectiveness.

Your primary marketing objective is to generate new business leads (B2C) via social media and native advertising. They currently outsource some of their lead generation and are looking to bring most of this in-house. The role will involve creating eye-catching ads which direct consumers to informative landing pages that generates customer enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company goals, including identifying target audiences, channels, and messaging.

Content Creation: Create compelling marketing content, including advertisements, social media posts, blog articles, videos, and other creatives.

Landing Page Creation: Design and create effective landing pages to support various marketing campaigns and capture leads working alongside a designer for the technical aspect.

Website Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of any landing pages, ensuring it is optimized for user experience and search engines.

Paid Advertising: Plan and execute online advertising campaigns, including PPC, native advertising, and social media ads.

SEO & SEM: Implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve our online visibility and drive organic and paid traffic.

Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor marketing performance metrics, analyse data, and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget efficiently and allocate resources effectively for maximum ROI.

Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations and executive team, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

Requirements:

* A qualification/degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

* Proven experience as a Digital Marketer or similar role in the UK market.

* Strong knowledge of marketing principles, digital marketing channels, and tools.

* Excellent creative and analytical skills.

* Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, public advertising platforms, SEO tools, CRM systems, and social media management platforms.

* Exceptional communication skills.

* Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
