As a Financial Advisor, you will have full admin and paraplanning support, an abundance of quality leads and referrals worth up to £1M, complete back-office compliance and marketing support, and a clear-cut commission structure of up to 80% on both self-generated leads and inbound leads. Proven experience as a qualified (Level 4 minimum) Financial Advisor with an existing AUM and room for growth.
Commitment to maintaining CAS (Chartered Advisor Status).
Demonstrable success in the financial advisory sector with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and tailored solutions.
Strong understanding of financial products and ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to clients.
Aptitude for building and maintaining strong client relationships, combined with a results-driven approach. Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
Certifications such as Chartered Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Wealth Manager (CWM) would be advantageous.
