Payroll and HR Administrator (Part time)

As a Payroll and HR Administrator (Part time), you will support the HR Department in day-to-day operational tasks to support the overall business. This role is pivotal to the department, as maintaining accurate data and understanding systems enables the company to understand its people better and make more informed decisions.

In your first few weeks in this Payroll & HR Assistant role, you can expect to:

Assist in onboarding and offboarding employees, ensuring system data is kept up to date and accurate
Maintain accurate electronic employee records in line with GDPR requirements
Issue amendments to contracts as and when required
Manage HR Mailbox and manage requested reference information.
Collect data on HR KPIs ready to report to the HR Dep
Responsible for processing the monthly payroll for c150 employees
Process the end to end payroll including P11d and yearend.
Employee pension management

Experience in administration of HR-related documentation, such as offer letters, contracts of employment, probation and performance reviews
Experience onboarding and offboarding employees, ensuring system data is kept up to date and accurate.
Hours: 25hrs per week 09:30 – 14.30pm – Monday to Friday
