Red Sky Personnel is looking for a Recruiter to join one of the largest civil engineering contractors in the UK and work from their HQ in Walsall.

This is a 3-month contract role with the potential of becoming a permanent position for the right candidate.
Pay rate: £14.50 per hour

Responsibilities:

* Reporting to the Recruitment Manager and hiring managers on the status of open jobs and be responsible for all agency site-based resource requirements.

* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process - from advertising job openings, reviewing applications, liaising with stakeholders to understanding resourcing requirements to face-to-face/TEAMS interviewing and supporting candidates.

* Scout for top talent and onboard new hires.

* Collaborate with their third party suppliers

* Boost the company`s visibility at fairs and keep their reports ship-shape.

Requirements:

* Background in working within an agency or in-house as a recruitment consultant/Internal Recruiter

* Microsoft proficiency and good communication skills.

* Knowledge of the built environment ideally Civil Engineering (preferred)
