Our major building contractor client is looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their existing team on delivering projects throughout the Yorkshire region.
Projects include new build multi-storey accommodation ranging in value from £30M to £120M.
The successful candidate will take the lead on a new build student accommodation development with a value of £60M, overseeing 3 Quantity Surveyors/Trainees.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years UK relevant experience in the construction industry and in delivering similar projects, with extensive knowledge of JCT FOC. They will take full commercial responsibility for all aspects of the construction process from inception to final account stage.
