Your day-to-day as a SUPPORT WORKER
• Direct practical interactions including activities, cooking, personal care, and community engagement.
• Ability to complete documentation to regulatory standards
•Providing support by empowering individuals to live more independently and enabling them to have greater choice and control in their lives.
As a support worker you must have previous experience or willing to provide assistance but also focus on helping individuals make choices, expand their horizons, and gain control over their lives.
Abilities and previous experience in supporting individuals means enabling them to live a fulfilling life by providing opportunities, tools, and skills.
Permanent position ( subject to successful completion of probationary period)
Full time and part time availability ( 22.5, 30, and 37.5 hours) Shift are 7.5 hours and are mixture of Early (7:30 a.m.–15:00) and lates (14:30–22:00)
