Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for cultivating a positive work culture. As the HR Manager, you will oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
Lead recruitment efforts by sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent to meet the organization's needs.
Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Oversee employee relations activities, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to employees and managers.
Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports as needed.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.
