Summary:
The Production Manager will provide technical support to our organization by their technical knowledge in the areas of electrical component testing for a broad range of devices ranging from diodes to microprocessors and following testing protocols to test device parameters as defined by the customers and product datasheet. Will need to work closely with Sales & Marketing, Engineering, External Customers and Suppliers to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Engineer’s job also includes performing extensive data analysis. Will supervise 8-10 Test Engineers and Technicians.
Requirements
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide oversight and guidance to 8-10 Test Engineers and Technicians.
Work with Engineering and B.D. to determine the technical requirements necessary to support a customer bench test project.
Deploy DAQ hardware and software in an efficient and logical manner.
Bench test and instrumentation testing knowledge and experience a must.
Electromechanical understanding of components and thermal management techniques.
Vector conversion / Vector Translation and driver set-up
Monitor jobs during stress cycles using data logging routines
Hardware and oven repairs, maintenance and calibration
Write Lab view code using NI equipment and drivers.
Keep the project status updated in the planning system for the bench area

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: This position is in an ITAR-registered facility, US Person (US Citizen or US Permanent resident) status is a must.
