Job Description
As an HVAC Technician, you will:
Be responsible for all Kitchen and Main Facility equipment
Be responsible for the repair, replacement, and maintain various types of HVAC units within our property
Work and document a preventative maintenance program
Repack pumps and compressors, clean condensers, replace worn or defective parts
Changes out air conditioning filters, discarding the old ones, replacing them with new filters, labeling new filters before installation
Maintain air handler closets regularly
Clean evaporator and condenser coils regularly
Leaves work area in a neat, clean condition
