Job Description
General Summary:
Represent Epsilon Marketing Services in assigned territory by providing excellent customer service in the selling and servicing of the Epsilon product line within the existing customer base and development of new customers to ensure customer retention, customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 
Develop new business with dealers in assigned market area.
Manage and expand business with existing customers in assigned market area.
Regularly travel to market area to service existing and develop new accounts.
Document all market area activity in Salesforce.
Work closely with your assigned market area coordinator across all aspects of developing and executing dealer promotions.
When not traveling in assigned market area, the Marketing Sales Representative (MSR) is expected in the office 3 days per week.
The MSR is expected to meet or exceed all market area sales and service objectives assigned by the assigned manager in the selling and servicing of the Epsilon automotive portfolio of products.
The MSR is expected to hold regular customer reviews of campaign and product results and recommend needed enhancements to maximize the customer’s programs.
The MSR is expected to identify and communicate to existing and new customers the need for additional products and services to meet and exceed the customers sales and service objectives.
All customer recommendations made by the MSR should include all appropriate direct mail and digital promotions available from the Epsilon automotive product portfolio.
The MSR is required to maintain timely, detailed, and accurate records in (url removed) of activities, phone conversations, outcomes and any other pertinent client interactions. Other reporting as required by assigned Executive Director.
Perform other related duties as needed to support corporate objectives.  Act in the best interest of the company by applying stated corporate values and priorities to all communications, decisions, and actions.
Qualifications:
1 – 2 Years of Customer Sales and Service experience
New business development experience, in-person and over-the-phone
