Digital Marketing Associate

Location: office based (Burgess Hill)

Contract: Permanent

Salary: £25-35K dependant on experience

Our client is a pioneer within the medical sector and have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Associate to join their team in Burgess Hill. Working from their offices and reporting to the Head of Marketing, the successful candidate will support in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns to help promote the brand and increase the digital footfall and potential new revenue streams.

Working on a B2B model, the successful candidate will be curating interesting, informative and enticing posts. You’ll utilise a number of different channels (mainly digital/online) to entice customers.

Your day to day duties are likely to include:

* Social media (planning, writing and scheduling posts & campaigns)

* Supporting with PPC & SEO

* Building relationships with KOL’s and Influencers

* Regular analyse & audit campaigns, posts and digital channel performance; identifying trends, high performance sites/posts/topics and constantly developing tactics to yield the highest performance and return

* Support the business in planning and delivering exhibitions and events

* Work with the broader team to develop content creation (literature, website & blogs)

* Work with external agencies where appropriate

Who are you:

Ideally a graduate level (or with equivalent experience)

Interested in the Medical/Health and related sectors

Experience in B2B digital marketing

Experience in content creation and blogs

Experienced in managing/maintaining websites, keeping things fresh, up to date and relevant

Excellent writing skills (fluent in written/oral English)

Success orientated, constantly looking to analyse self-performance and identify areas for improvement and development

Tech savvy, interest in new and emerging trends in digital and social media
