Senior Electrical Project Manager

RMF Engineering, Inc has an immediate need for a Senior Electrical Project Manager to join their Charleston, SC office to complete electrical designs for complex buildings focused projects in new and exciting facilities.
Duties
Manage all aspects of complex design projects involving mechanical and electrical systems.
Develop project proposals, project plans, manpower plans, budgets, schedules, negotiate fees, change orders, contracts, and overall QA/QC management. 
Provide project managerial guidance and technical directions to team members including electrical engineers/designers. 
Develop and maintain strong client relationships. 
Act as a liaison between the client, other design professionals, and the RMF design team. 
Develop and maintain correspondence between the RMF design team, the client, and other design professionals.
Ensure timely and complete information flow to the appropriate individuals and teams.
Perform advanced engineering calculation, code and design expertise and analysis on complex projects when required within their technical area of expertise. 
The Project Manager is ultimately responsible for the project and should stamp and sign the drawings as the engineer of record.
Requirements
BS Electrical Engineering Degree from an accredited college or university.
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
10 - 25+ years Electrical Building Systems design experience.
Project/employee management.
Strong technical design and engineering ability.
Strong work ethic and solid organizational skills.
Revit and AutoCAD experience preferred.
