Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Home Health

We are currently seeking a qualified and professional part-time Physical Therapist Assistant to care for our patients and become a valued member our team. Corus is a therapist owned and operated agency where our team members enjoy a flexible schedule and a supportive work environment filled with people who work together to provide the highest standard of care for our clientele.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Demonstrated ability to work with an interdisciplinary team
Ability to follow a specialized care plan based on the patient's evaluation and the goals recommended by the supervising Physical Therapist.
Implement the treatment program set in place by plan of care.
Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements:
Certification by an accredited PTA curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
Active license by the board who aids in provision of physical therapy services with onsite director or supervision of a physical therapist
Comprehensive knowledge of principles, concepts, and methodology required for PTA and it's Application in the treatment of patients at home
Valid New Mexico driver's license and reliable, insured transportation
