RideNow Powersports is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Advisor. As one of the largest powersports dealerships in the country, RideNow Powersports offers a wide range of motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, and personal watercraft.
As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and serving as a liaison between our customers and the service department. You will schedule appointments, greet customers, inspect vehicles, document problems, advise on necessary services, and ensure timely completion of service work.

Requirements
Prior experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of powersports vehicles and their maintenance is preferred
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Detail-oriented and organized
Valid driver's license and good driving record
