Powder Keg Harley-Davidson, a RideNow Powersports Company, subsidiary of RumbleOn, is seeking a Sales Manager to join the largest powersports organization in the country.
The ideal candidate needs: proven success in Powersports Sales Management experience and a passion for customer service/retention.

Responsibilities:
Implement & execute retail best practices to drive company sales objectives.
Support all sales department-related activities: desk management to include deal structuring, presenting numbers, closing deals, daily sales meetings, sales process training, showroom floor, and inventory management.
Hiring, training, motivating, counseling, and monitoring the performance of sales teams.
Ensure that all sales teams meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, and closes.
Lead Daily Sales Meetings
Ensure all staff are trained in accordance with the training programs provided.
Assist with setting aggressive, yet realistic monthly sales goals
Ensure customer care and satisfaction by ensuring best practices and promptly resolving customer concerns/questions
Identify any daily variances in key performance indicators and make adjustments as necessary.
Manage new and pre-owned inventory
Requirements
Minimum of 3+ years experience in a powersports dealership is strongly desired, however, similar industries will be considered
A minimum of 2+ years in a retail management role, Harley-Davidson experience is a plus
Experience in F&I
Strong personal interest in and knowledge of powersports
CRM/DMS/Desking experience
Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Motorcycle endorsement preferred
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Consistent and stable work history
Must have a strong knowledge of the powersports market and an in-depth understanding of all sales departments' financial data
