Physical Therapist Assistant

Seasoned Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant in Springfield, IL. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work closely with our licensed physical therapists to provide exceptional care to our patients.
$5,000 bonus offered to eligible full-time hires!
Responsibilities:
Assist in implementing therapy programs as prescribed by the physical therapist
Guide and supervise patients through therapeutic exercises and activities
Monitor and record patient progress during therapy sessions
Assist in educating patients on proper techniques for exercises and activities
Administer modalities such as heat, cold, ultrasound, and electrical stimulation under the direction of the physical therapist
Ensure a clean and organized therapy area
Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatment plans and progress
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Stay up-to-date with advancements in physical therapy treatments and techniques
Adhere to all legal, ethical, and professional guidelines
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8a-5p
Local travel to patient homes
Requirements:
Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant
Prior experience working as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred, but not required
Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Compassionate and dedicated to improving patient outcomes
Requirements
Qualifications:
Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant
Prior experience preferred, but not required
Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
