Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
HR Recruiter duties:
Assist in the development of recruiting processes and practices that support the goals and direction of the Human Resources Department.
Research and source candidates through advanced search techniques
Generate recruitment reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing recruiting data and trends
