New Pre-Construction Manager - Cladding & Roofing - WFH
The Role

The purpose of the role is to assume full responsibility for leading all pre-construction activities as the project moves from award, through planning, design co-ordination, procurement through to delivery to site operations team
The Person
I am looking for a high calibre candidate with excellent attention to detail who has a high level of written / verbal communication skills together combined with the ability to organise, plan and work with operational teams whilst remaining focused on the goal. Reporting to the Managing Director you will work closely with the management team to
manage the design, planning, programming, procurement, sequencing, placement and management of plant, labour & material orders on each project. The successful candidate should aim to maximise the financial position of each contract, whilst maintaining the relationship with the client.
The Company
Our client is an established specialist sub-contractor that has been trading for 20+ years in the industrial, pharmaceutical & data centre sectors in the UK Ireland & Europe. Their scope of works is the design, procurement, management & installation of composite panel, built up system, metal / flat roofing packages
The Package
Position is based from home with all projects in the UK Ireland & Europe. Salary is negotiable and dependant on knowledge, experience, capability etc + Senior Manager benefit package.
