Recruitment Business Partner

Northamton – 3 days per week

£35,000 - £60,000 depending on experience + 10% bonus scheme

Our market-leading client is looking to secure the services of a hands-on Recruitment Business Partner to join their team. This role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for talent and a dedication to fostering a strong company culture through strategic recruitment efforts..

Key requirements for the Recruitment Business Partner role:

* Act as the strategic partner to managers to identify recruitment needs and devise recruitment strategies.

* Source potential candidates through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.

* Screen CVS and applications, conducting initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate suitability.

* Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate the interview process with relevant team members.

* Develop and maintain a pipeline of talent for future hiring needs.

* Provide a positive candidate experience, representing the company brand effectively.

* Manage the offer process, including negotiating salaries and extending job offers.

* Keep abreast of the latest recruitment trends and best practices to improve recruitment processes.

Skills & experience of a Recruitment Business Partner role:

* Proven experience as an Internal Recruiter, Recruitment Business Partner, or similar role.

* Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle and various selection methods.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers.

* Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.

* Proficiency in recruitment software and HR databases.

* A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work autonomously.
