The Principal Engineer - Electrical should have a strong track record in one or more sectors of the company’s operation. Ideally, you're a Chartered Engineer with experience in managing medium-sized projects or overseeing packages on large projects. Your role involves leading and developing a dedicated team to deliver high-quality results and supporting the Associates in managing the local Electrical team. Building and maintaining relationships with clients, both internal and external, are essential for the overall success, so your ability to cultivate these connections is crucial.

The Requirements

* Chartered Member of CIBSE or MIET.

* Experience managing small teams from Apprentices and Graduates to Senior Engineer level.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to eloquently present complex ideas.

* Strong ability to develop enduring relationships with both internal and external stakeholders that deliver long term benefits.

* Outstanding design, technical detailing and specification writing experience.

* Experience of contributing to bids, proposals and tender specifications.

* Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complex projects.
