Registered Children’s Home Manager

Wisbech

Salary: up to £50,000 DOE

Key to meeting all of these aspirations will be the Floating Residential Manager we are looking for, to lead and support our teams in the Wisbech Region.

Wisbech Region

Our homes currently support young people between 8 to 17 years old who may have experienced trauma and can display challenging behaviours, emotional, and social difficulties. Alongside this our children demonstrate exceptional resilience and have many strengths and capabilities.
The region has a blend of 2-4 bedded children’s residential homes, they offer nurturing environments for the children in our care. The children are also supported by our internal educational and clinical services.

We are looking for an innovative leader - able to provide outstanding levels of care to ensure that our young people have the best possible life chances. You will have an excellent track record in Children’s Services, with the ability to develop outstanding teams and quality systems. Cambian will offer a best in class support framework to maximise your success and to underpin the achievements you will deliver with your team, for our young people.

You will need a real eye for detail – understanding that our absolute commitment to the Safeguarding of our children and young people is our top priority. You will be able to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the regulatory environment we work in and that the safety of our children is paramount.

We are a unique and complex business and you will need to balance a hands on, practical approach with a creative and innovative style and the ability to respond with positivity and a ‘can do’ mindset.
