Group Reporting Accountant

We are currently recruiting for one of our Cambridge based clients who are looking for a Group Reporting Accountant to join their growing team on a full-time basis. This role would suit a candidate making their first move from a practice environment, but our client is also open to candidates coming from a commercial background.

Typical duties include:

* Supporting both internal and external reporting processes

* Ensuring statutory accounts are completed accurately and in a timely manner

* Preparing monthly accounts and assisting with any project work where required

* Supporting non-finance stakeholders by providing financial insight when necessary

* Ensuring deadlines are met when producing financial reports

* Supporting with any audit processes

* Performing any other ad-hoc tasks where required

You will have:

* A professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA)

* Strong technical skillset and a keen eye for detail

* Ability to manage your own work effectively

* Experience within a practice environment (Ideally ‘Big 4”)
