Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum

With a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, they are looking for a dynamic and motivated Internal Sales Support Executive to join their team in Cambridgeshire.

The Internal Sales Support Executive will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the overall growth of the company. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:
Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks, including order processing, data entry, and preparing sales reports.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing exceptional service and accurate information.
Coordinate with various departments (e.g., production, logistics) to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

Customer Relationship Management:

Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
Follow up with clients on order status, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
Develop strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs and ensuring they are met.Administrative Duties:

Prepare and send quotations, invoices, and other sales-related documents.
Organise and manage sales-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.Market Research:

Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights to the sales team.Qualifications:

Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably within the food packaging or related industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
