Our client is looking for an experienced IT Manager in Inverness to join their expanding team permanently. While the right experience is ideal, our client is looking for someone who can control a team and work effectively in a tight-knit community.

Work towards a positive, collaborative team culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
Utilize your technical expertise to tackle complex IT issues, acting as an escalation point for critical matters to ensure swift resolution and minimal disruption.
Implement and uphold the best IT service delivery and support practices, driving high customer satisfaction.
In partnership with the ICT Manager, review and develop supplier relationships, including purchasing and agreeing on service level agreements.
Monitor supplier performance and promptly address any issues or concerns.
Supervise the maintenance, configuration, and optimization of the company's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and systems.
Lead IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT projects with business operations. Some Required Skills and Qualifications: 
Must have a solid understanding of IT best practices, security principles, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Proven experience in a leadership role within an IT environment, preferably in a small team setting.
Strong technical background with expertise in IT infrastructure, systems administration, and network management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically to address complex IT challenges.
Familiarity with Infor OS would be an advantage.
Ideally will have a degree in a related field, but more importantly will have a proven track record of successfully managing IT projects from initiation to completion.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) are a plus
