Credit and Accounts Administrator (part-time)
East Kilbride
£23,660 (pro-rata)

21 hours a week across 3 days

My client in East Kilbride is hiring a dedicated and experienced Credit Control Administrator to support their expanding team. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the finance team to fulfil the unit's goals of delivering a streamlined and proficient service to the company's clientele and suppliers.

This position will suit a candidate who is prepared to work in a fast-paced environment, works well under pressure, and is keen to contribute to a successful organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage outstanding invoices and resolve payment issue
* Prepare and present aged debtor reports
* Allocate bank receipts and credit notes
* Resolve customer disputes promptly
* Manage customer setups and credit checks
* Maintain strong customer and supplier relationship
* Process and pay supplier invoices
* Handle weekly BACS/CHAPS payments
* High volume invoice and credit note processing
* Reconcile supplier statements
* Provide timely and accurate responses to enquiries

Requirements:
* Experience in a similar role
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Experience with Sage
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
