Are you a skilled Ecommerce Manager? With a vast background in Amazon Vendor? We are recruiting on behalf of a Global Manufacturer, who are now seeking an outstanding Ecommerce Manager, to become a vital part of their team for maternity cover. The role is accepting of different levels of expertise.

The Responsibilities of an Ecommerce Manager are:

* Achieve growth and profitability targets, by managing product selection, inventory (forecasting), sales (including domestic and FOB), product content, promotional activation, and marketing,

* Provide on-going strategic insights and thought leadership based on industry, category, customer, shopper, and marketplace trends to support brand growth.

* Embed efficient operations programs and initiatives within the current supply chain framework

* Develop short- and long-term revenue growth strategies from data and other market and customer information.

* Identify areas and events that stimulate awareness, purchase, interest and sales.

* Own ecommerce promotions and assortment decisions. Collaborate with customers and internal teams for effective product selection, e-shelf merchandising, and promotions and pricing recommendations.

* Develop sales and trade marketing programs and yearly planning.

* Drive significant levels of collaboration and ability to influence decisions

* Coordinate and laterally lead cross functional teams including supply chain, marketing, and finance.

* Drive new market opportunities to create new demand drivers for our brand.

* Align ecommerce business with internal and external initiatives (such as cost-savings, new IT systems, global sourcing) to grow sales.

* Identify and leverage best practices by retailer and market.

To fulfil these responsibilities as an Ecommerce Manager you will have the following skills/experience:

* 3+ years of direct and hands-on sales experience in ecommerce, as an Amazon vendor and seller, with a demonstrated track record of revenue growth, preferably for a large, international company in a consumer-packaged goods (CPG), FMCG or consumer durables industry.

* Amazon Vendor experience is required, as well as successful execution of negotiations, forecasting, domestic and DI sales, promotional activation, advertising (AMS, DSP) and brand building.

* Demonstrated information analysis experience and the ability to identify trends and insights from large/complex data sets. Strong quantitative ability and comfort with data driven decision processes; a strong understanding of the key metrics and KPIs to drive the business in ecommerce.

* Advanced communications skills and the ability to present solutions and to convince internal and external stakeholders for change and for action.

* Educated to degree level or equivalent

* Experience of Operations and Supply Chain is preferable

* Ability to work effectively and collaboratively across functional teams and lines of business

* Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment

* Strong business acumen.

* Strong decision-making skills and an understanding of where projects fit into overall Company strategies.

* Demonstrated integrity, and a constructive approach to challenges.

* Ability to operate independently given direction, and to bring ideas and solutions to issues raised.

* Ability to analyze and assess organizational needs and provide solutions accordingly.

* Interpersonal savvy and an ability to effectively work with and connect with collaborators across multiple levels, functions, and geographies.

* Language: Multiple languages is a plus
