The Company
The company is a medium sized Main Contractor - that take on projects of varied nature. They typically cover both Commercial and Residential, doing external facade, cladding and internal fitout. This company has grown massively in the last 12 months, with on-boarding new impressive Clients. They have been hugely successful tendering and already have a very healthy pipeline of work for 2024, and 2025.

The Opportunity
We are looking for an Experienced Project Manager, with a strong background in External Facade and Cladding someone who has proven record and longevity of managing projects. The candidate must be able to demonstrate they have a BAPA certification - by proving they have worked for or alongisde network Rail. We are looking for someone with a strong professional attitude, client facing and the ability to programme works and report on progress. The project manager must be assertive keeping his eyes and ears on site as well as, making sure the programme is being met on time. Must have strong ability with using Microsoft Planner.
The Project Includes -
North London
Project consists of an External Façade and Reclad to a 137 Flat bock. Most importantly the block is conjunction with Network Rail - and it is a 100% requirement that the candidate must be able to prove having worked alongside or for Network Rail in the past - proving they have BAPA experience.

Skills / Experience required:
• Reporting directly to Senior Contracts Manager, the Project Manager will have complete autonomy for all on site activities, as well as working hand in hand with Client.
• High level of practical knowledge of relevant employment, Health and Safety and general legislative requirements
• Excellent Leader with strong communication skills.
• Responsible for overall Design and Maintain management of the programme.
• Adheres to the highest standards of health and safety.
• Planning and organisational skills
• Proven longevity with previous employers
• Proven track record of managing projects from start to completion.
• Overseeing management of on-site sub-contractors.

Must have SMSTS / First Aid / Black CSCS Card / BAPA Certified / Temporary Works Co-ordinator
