Mechanical Project Manager - Energy Centre Focused in London, UK
Introductory Paragraph:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Mechanical Project Manager to join our client's team at their energy centre project located in the city of London. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of mechanical project management from conception through completion.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage projects according to agreed-upon timelines.
- Ensure that budgets are adhered to while still maintaining high-quality work standards.
- Oversee subcontractors working on various parts of each project.
- Develop strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service throughout each stage of the process.
Qualifications/Skills:
Project Management Experience - At least 5 years' experience managing large-scale construction or engineering projects is required. Experience in working on energy centres or district heating before.
Mechanical Engineering Skills - The ability to understand complex systems such as HVAC (heating, ventilation & air conditioning), plumbing installations and other related technologies must have been demonstrated previously
Communication skills- Being able communicate effectively both verbally adn writtenlly is crucial when dealing with internal teams , external stakeholders including clients .
Leadership abilities - You should demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities; this involves coaching your team members so they can succeed .
Education/Certification Requirements : A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or any related field would give candidates priority consideration.
Salary :
