Are you an experienced project manager with a passion for driving impactful change? We are seeking a dynamic Senior Project Manager to lead a critical upgrade scheme for a prison facility! This contractor is open to providing lodging for this position.
🔹 Responsibilities:
* Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of the upgrade project to enhance the infrastructure and facilities of the prison
* Collaborate with stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure project milestones are met
* Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to deliver high-quality results
* Implement risk management strategies and problem-solving approaches to address project challenges
🔹 Requirements:
* Proven experience in managing large-scale construction or infrastructure projects in a Prison/MOJ environment
* Security clearance
* Contractually and commercially aware
* Strong leadership and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
* Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the construction industry
