Market Data Admin and support for a global bank based in Liverpool street.

Role - Market Data Admin and Compliance Support Analyst

Duration - 6 months with very likely extension

Rate - £200 p/d (inside IR35)

Location - Liverpool Street / Remote

Tasks

Manage Market Data Systems (MDS) and Trading Systems and Applications related contract and agreements (new, old, renewal, termination, change of terms, queries).
Manage vendors Market Data License.
Manage Exchange, Specialist data and Products permissioning and access control (i.e., Refinitiv DACS, Refinitiv Portal, Bloomberg Adminbportal)
Manage Market Data and Trading Applications' Risk assessment (i.e., ASRA: Application Security Risk Assessment, EOI: Evaluation of Application Importance, TPRM: Third Party Risk Management)
Manage Market Data and Trading Applications' Inventory (EAI)
Manage Market Data cost allocations and invoices on Finance & Control systems (i.e., FITS, Coupa).
Manage Market Data Compliance requirement (Market Data related IM, Email, Applications and its data vault, Surveillance and monitoring access control, Disclaimer control, Compliance review and Compliance dept liaison).
Participate Market Data and Applications Audit by the vendors, external and internal audits.Additional Tasks

Advise on Market Data queries from users and IT staff with exceptional accuracy.
Manage Market Data and Trading application access control (SAM, SOAR, DP, My Access)
Support the user departments for onboarding Market Data and Trading 3rd party vendors in Anti-Bribery and Corruption database (ABCD).
Assist MDS Team Leader and Manager in data cleaning tasks such as contracts details, data access permissioning, compliance requirements being kept up to date.
Assist MDS Team Leader and Manager for Market Data Budget control.
Assist IT Security, Audit and Compliance groups for MDS and Trade Systems and Applications related queries and solutions.
Ensuring technical documentation is created, maintained, and is to an appropriate level of detail, and reflects the live production environment.
Ensuring tickets recorded in the organisation's fault reporting and service request system are updated with enough narrative to provide a complete history of activity leading to its conclusion.
Participate the project and the upgrade for the vendors' system (Refinitiv DACS, Refinitiv Portal, Bloomberg Admin portal)GCS is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy
