M&E Manager

My client is a well established client who works nationwide and growing so If you are a M&E Manager, I may have a job for you. This is a full time hybrid role for an M&E Manager located in Milton Keynes or Bristol and able to work remote where needed.
Duties and Responsibilities:

- Be able to conduct site surveys and assessments
- Design review and coordination with engineers and consultants.
- Management of subcontractors ensuring alignment with project schedules and milestones.
- Ensure that all mechanical and electrical works are carried out in compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
- Identify potential risks and challenges associated with refurbishment projects and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders involved in refurbishment projects in relation to compliance and quality assurance.

Qualifications/ Skills required:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering
- Hold a full driver’s license.
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, codes, regulations, building safety act and standards applicable to building construction
- Have great communication skills and be able to work independently and within a team.
