Estimator

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Estimator to join an established contractor based in Reading. They turn over circa £18mil per annum and specialise in refurbishment, extension and fit-out projects having built strong relationships with clients meaning many are projects for repeat clients. They rarely tender cold projects and therefore do not price projects that they don't feel confident in. Projects are predominantly single-stage tenders.

Due to steady growth of the business, they're now looking to bring a Senior Estimator into the team, working directly with the Commercial Director. This opportunity would best suit an experienced Estimator with experience tendering refurbishment, fit-out and new build schemes. Projects are predominantly within an hours' radius of Reading.

In return, they're offering a healthy salary of up to £90k + Package and the opportunity to join an up and coming business in a strong financial position.
