ABOUT THE ROLE
Responsibilities
* Take responsibility for managing your own projects.
* Being the primary interface for advising and liaising with Client Teams, Design Teams, and Principal Contractors.
* Prepare and review Health & Safety documentation.
* Coordinating Principal Design efforts to ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
* Advising on Health & Safety matters during the pre-construction phase.
* Identifying, eliminating, or controlling foreseeable risks in the design process.
* Coordinating with Client Teams, Design Teams, and Principal Contractors to integrate Health & Safety into the overall project strategy.
* Preparing and reviewing Health & Safety documentation
* Ensuring all project phases adhere to the highest safety standards.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
* CMaPS / IMaPS Certification
* Tech IOSH / CMIOSH Membership
* NEBOSH National Certificate in Construction Health & Safety
* Over 5 years of industry experience
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proficient IT skills
* Valid driving license
