Job Description
Our client have an excellent opportunity to appoint a Business Advisor to support an exciting new project which started recently. This role is integral to the success of the project, and our client are looking for an ambitious and innovative person to lead this exciting and unique opportunity, supporting the needs of Essex Businesses with Inclusive Workforce Development Solutions by engaging with people from disadvantaged backgrounds. If you have proven Business Development Skills, working to project targets and an ability to manage a team to succeed then we would be interested to hear from you.
* Provide high quality advice, guidance, and training to SME clients, providing a key supporting role in developing their businesses either in a one-to-one or one-to-many basis
* Provide detailed support in the development of business plans, financial projections, growth strategies and operational reviews of SME businesses
* Prepare and deliver on a periodic basis, formal account management presentations with particular focus on new client acquisition and performance against stringent output and outcome metrics
* Undertake social media activity to recruit, promote and inform designated portfolio clients and encourage business community networking and trading
* Demonstrate proficiency in digital business tools and provide advice and support to SMEs to access specialist digital support and training
* Work with the central team to equip local SMEs with advice, information and resources needed to identify and build their online presence and increase their use of digital media and tools
* Undertake other occasional duties which may be reasonably required of you.
