Location: Caerphilly

Recruitment Co-ordinator required to join finance company based in Caerphilly. This a great opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator to step up or for a Consultant or Resourcer to move internal.

The ideal candidate will have solid communication, organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to create fantastic relationships with candidates. This role will be more around relationship building rather than strategy (sourcing).

Duties and Responsibilities

* Coordinating the recruitment process via the applicant tracking system

* The ability to communicate effectively with hiring managers to understand the requirements

* Supporting hiring managers with role profiles, and benchmarking for roles

* Conducting telephone interviews as part of the screening process

* Creating and advertising job vacancies on various job boards

* Utilising the skills testing platform to support hiring managers with the screening process

* Support the department manager with weekly/monthly/yearly reports on the recruitment activity

* The ability to manage candidate and client expectations.

* Liaising with agencies for more technical roles to ensure a good level and standard of candidates

* Supporting hiring managers with interviews/note taking when required

Work Experience and Qualifications

* Excellent organisational skills with a disciplined attention to detail

* Previous administration experience, ideally in a recruitment environment/HR team

* Good level of experience in all Microsoft packages

* Enjoy working as part of a team.

* Effective communication skills both oral and written, demonstrating the ability to communicate effectively to all levels.

* Capable of developing effective working relationships with all relevant stakeholders

Pay, Benefits & Working Hours

* £26,000 per annum, Plus annual bonus scheme

* 8:30-5pm Monday to Friday – office based

* 25 days holiday + bank holidays + a Birthday Day off. ability to buy another 5 days
