Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Field Service Engineer you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our coding and marking systems for our valued customers. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing our equipment on-site, as well as providing technical support and training to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and calibrate coding and marking equipment at customer sites.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal system performance.
Diagnose and repair equipment faults efficiently and effectively.
Provide technical support and guidance to customers, both remotely and on-site.
Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to identify opportunities for system improvements and upgrades.
Deliver training sessions to customers on equipment operation and maintenance best practices.
Maintain accurate records of service activities, including service reports and spare parts inventory.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering or a related field.
Proven experience as a field service engineer or technician, preferably in the coding and marking industry.
Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and repair electro-mechanical systems.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours as needed.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
