Aurrigo is a leading international authority on transport technology solutions. We design, build and deploy autonomous vehicles in the UK, Europe, Asia-Pacific and North America.
The role of Projects Manager will be based at our Aurrigo Head Office in Coventry, UK within the manufacturing facility where you will be the Automotive Programme/Projects Manager responsible for all elements of vehicle Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).

What you will do:
As the Automotive Projects Manager, you will:
* Oversee all phases of project delivery, implementation, and coordination of OEM programs (testing, delivery, engineering, construction, design)
* Maintain professional relationships and services as the primary customer interface, providing updates, feedback, and regular site visits
* Plan and coordinate work schedules, ensuring service levels are met
* Manage and lead multi-disciplinary teams (Engineering, Software Development, Mechanical Design) through matrix management
* Advise on activities, ensuring quality levels and KPIs are met
* Liaise with Purchasing on supplies and suppliers
* Develop a top-tier product testing facility
* Research, evaluate, and develop new project strategies, processes, and functionalities
* Execute project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and documentation
* Facilitate customer on-site visits and prepare reports
What we require from you:
* Strong commercial and OEM project management background preferably in the automotive sector
* Relevant qualification in Engineering or Project Management
* Industry experience with a first-class understanding of automotive design and engineering
* Excellent communication, IT, and presentation skills
* Proficiency in ITIL, Lean, and Sprint methodologies
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, people management, and project management skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
* Collaborative work ethic for driving solutions with functional heads
Note: Some travel is required.
