BIM Technician

Hays Building Services are pleased to be assisting a consultancy in Bristol with the recruitment of a BIM Technician to join their busy team.

Your New Role

You will have the autonomy and responsibility for setting up the 3D modelling environments, overseeing and refining the internal BIM workflows as well as producing high quality drawing output on all projects.

You will work with a team of engineers to produce high quality BIM output in Revit, set up the MEP models and coordinating linked models from the external design team, facilitate clash detection as well as reviewing BIM documentation such as BIM Execution Plans.

What You'll Need To Succeed

You will have relevant BIM experience in the construction industry, knowledge of working in MEP as well as being a competent user of design software AutoCAD & Revit.

What You'll Get In Return

This role is being offered with a salary between £30,000 - £50,000 per annum depending on experience on a permanent contract.
