ARM are delighted to be supporting one of our clients with the recruitment of an Onboarding Advisor on a 6 month contract.

This role is responsible for the delivery and administration of onboarding processes and transactions within Employee services.

* Mange the end-to-end onboarding process.
* Coordinate all pre-employment screening activities.
* Provide continuous engagement with future employees.
* Enter all data into all relevant HR systems in a timely, accurate and consistent manner.
* Take ownership and resolve all Employee Services requests.
* Contribute towards continuous improvements, using process analysis tools.
* Deliver on agreed metrics for Employee Services.

Requirements:

* Knowledge of Recruitment and Onboarding processes.
* Knowledge of employee lifecycle processes.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Experience of monitoring service level agreements.
* Experience of managing workflow across different channels.
* Professional qualification (CIPD) id preferable but not essential.
