Position Overview:
As a Psychology graduate or Cover Supervisor with Teaching Personnel, you'll have the chance to support students' learning and development in diverse educational settings. Key Responsibilities:
- Support classroom learning by providing cover supervision when regular teachers are absent.
- Engage students in learning activities and ensure a positive and productive classroom environment.
- Follow provided lesson plans and manage classroom behavior effectively.
- Assist with additional duties as required by school staff, such as lunchtime supervision or administrative tasks.
- Support students' social and emotional well-being and provide pastoral care when needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- For Psychology graduates: a degree in Psychology or a related field is preferred.
- For Cover Supervisors: previous experience working with children or young people is advantageous but not essential.
- DBS clearance on the update service is desirable, but candidates without a DBS can apply, as Teaching Personnel can assist with obtaining one.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn and develop in an educational setting.

Salary:
Remuneration varies between £90 and £130 per day, depending on the role and experience of the candidate.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
