You will report directly to our Director of People Operations and collaborate daily with the project team as well as the broader team on a regular basis. THE ROLE
Energy Circle, in collaboration with a national insulation membership organization, is dedicated to promoting energy-efficient solutions by partnering with contractors across the United States. Our mission is to promote incentives tied to the Inflation Reduction Act, ensuring energy efficiency, comfort, and health for homeowners while providing cost-savings and bolstering insulation contractors’ business. 
As the Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in fostering partnerships with national industry leaders and individual contractors to advance our mission of empowering homeowners through energy-efficient solutions. Your primary responsibilities include liaising with partner members, managing contractor relationships, conducting outreach efforts to help drive new business opportunities, and utilizing the CRM database for client management and providing marketing materials to partner contractors. You will also collaborate with the Director of Business Development to identify growth opportunities and provide regular progress reports to key partners and stakeholders. Tracking program implementation and progress will be part of your role. There may be opportunities for representing project partners at conferences and events.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Day-to-day responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: 
Manage program contractors and program marketing materials via a CRM (such as HubSpot) database, which includes analysis of prospective contractors and potential opportunities
Reach out to prospective program contractor using phone, and email 
Qualifying leads and ideal contractors based on outlined criteria. 
Assist and support program contractors in adding landing pages and other project marketing collateral to their website
Build relationships with project partners and prospects 
Maintain strong communication with the internal Energy Circle team in order to assist program participants. 
With the support of the Director of Business Development, identify and pursue additional opportunities for client growth 
Weekly progress reporting 
Monthly Reporting calls with key partners and stakeholders
Gather receipts (a.k.a. tracking program implementation)
Possible attendance conferences & events on behalf of project partner (s) for recruitment purposes. 
Requirements
You should have:
Absolute fearlessness with respect to using the phone 
Base knowledge and understanding of multiple CMS platforms; familiarity with CMS functionalities
Growth mindset with sales orientation
Knowledge of HubSpot, or an equivalent CRM database
Exceptional computer skills
